Inviting companies to join the research study and be our Innovative Companies
A number of presentations are being given by the research team to groups of construction companies. We are using the networks that have been created by the WSIB Safety Groups and the CSAO's Regional committees and labour-management sector-specific committees. We are explaining our research project, asking the groups what they believe are the barriers facing companies wishing to adopt innovations, and are talking about the innovations that we have found being used on construction sites.
We are asking companies if they wish to be involved in the study. If they do, we will ask them to adopt one of the innovations and become a spokesperson for that innovation to other companies in their subsector. Companies that do join the study will be profiled on our website.
