Conceptual Framework for KTE

CRE-MSD's evolving conceptual framework guides the evaluation and assessment of the impact of the knowledge transfer activities at the Centre. The KTE framework includes an analysis of:

• The credibility of the source of the knowledge;
• Characteristics of the innovation/knowledge;
• The organizational and environmental context in which it is used;
• The KTE processes and techniques that are used. 

The evaluation of knowledge use is qualitatively assessed using a staged model of adoption.
