PREMUS 2016 call for abstracts

Scientists, academics, students and others from around the world doing research into the causes, prevalence and prevention of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are invited to submit proposals for oral presentations, posters and symposiums at PREMUS 2016.

The Institute for Work & Health (IWH), and the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association (IHSA), Ontario utilities still have ergonomics programs in place and continue to see a decrease in injuries.

Ergonomics and the changing workforce

The webinar Ergonomics and the changing workforce took place on October 30, 2014 and looked at recent changes in worker demographics and characteristics that affect the workplace and how ergonomics principles can be used to address these issues to increase worker safety and productivity.
